BIS Diploma students – Principles of Programming

BIS students are reminded that in the revised Business Information Systems programme (first examinations December 2008) Principles of Programming has moved from Diploma Part 2 to Diploma Part 1. However, Principles of Programming remains a compulsory unit and must be passed in order to complete the BIS Diploma. Students who completed BIS Diploma Part 1 before December 2008 and have not passed Principles of Programming must pass this compulsory unit in order to complete the BIS Diploma. The structure and transition arrangements for the revised BIS programme are published on the ABE website under Qualifications.
