Business Growth
If you are a businessman, entrepreneur or executive, working for any industry, I would earnestly recommend ABE's Advanced Diploma. It is a truly professional and practical programme that cultivates the business instinct.

Exemptions for Internal Awards

In recognition of the fact that our college partners around the world may be offering internal courses/awards of high quality, a new ABE exemption policy will be available to colleges/students as of the December 2011 examinations.

Exemptions will be available in all programmes at levels 4 to 6 as follows:

  • Diploma (level 4) = up to two of the four subjects will be available for exemption
  • Higher Diploma (level 5) = up to four of the eight subjects will be available for exemption
  • Graduate Diploma (level 6) = up to two of the five subjects will be available for exemption
  • Graduate Integrated or Extended Diploma (level 6) = up to four of the eight subjects at Level 5, and up to two of the five subjects at Level 6 will be available for exemption

Because of the need to employ UK academics to evaluate applications for exemptions, there will be fees attached to that application, per level. However, if successful, this will grant the college a period of up to 3 years to allow the student body to apply for ABE exemptions. Students will be expected to pay the equivalent of the UK examination fee, at the appropriate level, to obtain the exemptions.

Colleges will be expected to submit details of the internal award, syllabus, mode of assessment and level as part of the application.

Application form and further details can be obtained through the Qualifications Officer, Michael Powell at: michaelp@abeuk.com.
